My name is Carline Barnes and I am 23 years old. I am currently a second year law student at Roger Williams University School of Law, and I am looking for a part-time job. I have found extreme joy in working with youth. They often times teach you more about yourself than you are able to teach them. Working and taking care of youth has become one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever done and will continue to do. Youth are aspiring young adults who are soaking up all of the information they can and to have a great mentor or someone to talk to can impact a youth's life immensely. I used to babysit in high school, two 8 year old twin girls and a 13 year old boy. Duties included helping with homework, tiding up around the house, taking the dog for a walk, feeding the Read more cat, cooking lunch or dinner, and getting the kids to bed when mother was working late nights. The past two years I have been a camp counselor for all ages ranging from 7-18. I was in charge of field activities, archery, life-guarding, as well as the bunk counselor, leadership activity organizer, among other duties.
