I am a fourth year student at the University of Rhode Island, working towards my BA in Elementary Education and English. I am from a family of five kids and I have worked with children in camp settings, class rooms, caring for children while parents are out, have also traveled with families to help out on vacation. I am very organized, hard-working, and determined, my goal is to help children to grow, and strive in all subjects and fields both mentally and physically. The ages I have worked with and watched range from 2 months to 17 years of age. I am CPR and First Aid certified, newly renewed (June 2015) I have been a camp counselor at the Newport Recreation for almost five years now and love every second of it!
