For five years I have worked for an afterschool program in a public school during the school year as well as in the summer. I was in charge of 15 elementary school children in after school activities and homework help. I had to organize fun games and arts and crafts for the children. I also had to set rules and regulations to maintain discipline and ensure safety. Besides working in an after school program I have babysat for children ranging from 3 to 12 years of age. I really enjoy interacting with children and creating fun activities to participate in. Whether it's baking, watching a movie, making a craft, or playing a game I really want the child to have a good experience.
