Hello! My name is Lisa and I am a married 52 year old mother of two wonderful teenage girls. I am very interested in your job posting. I have been caring for children all of my life starting at 12 years old, as I am the youngest of five siblings and have helped raise my nieces and nephews. I worked as a lifeguard, then for 12 years as a Deputy Sheriff when I became a mom, and resigned to raise my children. During their younger years I had an in home daycare and cared for four other children in addition to my two, and I also worked in the infant room at the Sunshine house. Since they have been in school I have worked as a substitute teacher, a special education teachers assistant, a personal assistant for special needs children and most recently an elderly caretaker and a Nanny. I Read more have a clean driving and criminal record. I am a non drinker / non smoker and no drugs . I love children, in particular babies. I think the most precious sound in the world is the sound of a baby laughing! I also love animals of all kinds.
