I have extensive experience with children. During high school and college, I was a nanny for a 9-month-old for three years. I was also a part-time nanny for four children (ages ranging from 3 to 12 years). I also worked in intensive care at a children's hospital. After college, I was an assistant director of a Montessori School, and later had two children of my own, and was a stay-at-home mom. They are now ages 26 and 22. When my youngest was age 16, I became a paraprofessional for special needs children. I have a great love and passion for children and have so much fun caring for them. I guess you could say "It is what I do best." I moved from Atlanta 2 years ago (married a Charlestonian) where I was a nanny for two 3-year-olds (one was physically delayed). I also worked part-time for a 12-year-old Read more and a 10-year-old. Previously, I was a nanny for twin 5-month-old boys (part-time). Currently, I am a part-time nanny for an infant and a 3 year old and occasionally substitute teach at a Montessori school downtown.
