Hello! My name is Ryanne. I joined Sitter City to gain experience in working with and caring for children of all ages. I have been using Sittercity.com for several years. It has brought about many rewarding opportunities with children and animals which I still hold near and dear to my heart. I have been trained in properly preparing healthy and delicious meals for children of all ages. I have held multiple positions in restaurants, school cafeterias and military dining facilities since high school. My most experience has been with 0-10 year olds and have cared for them during the day as well as overnight. I am very patient and understanding when it comes to the many difficulties of child care. I always like to communicate with kids, expressing sincere empathy and including the children in creative problem solving practices instead of scolding. I enjoy having one on one time with each child to establish connections and really interact with the child. These interactions include but are not limited to: playing games, puzzles, arts and crafts, or getting them outside and moving to burn some energy!
