Our network of nannies fell through during the holidays due to travel or the flu. We were desperate for a nanny on a Friday morning so one of us didn't have to miss work. We found Rachel and called her. She gave up what she was doing, drove 20 miles to pick up our daughter in the next 30 minutes and took great care of her for the rest of the day. The anxiety of dropping your child off with someone we had never met was quickly put to rest with the good questions she asked of us and the pictures of our daughter's smiling face playing with her daughter.
