These programs were free to the public and allowed the parent to attend school with there child. .I have had several jobs that have allowed me to move forward with chance for education and job placement. I attenfed WV University for a Masters in Early Intervention Education. Before moving to the island I worked for the state and licensing child cares. Safety is a top priority.
