I have been babysitting since 16. But have had a lot of practice and experience from my mom. I helped her after school at two daycare centers where she worked. I also helped out with a mentor program during a after school program. (which we read books to them, passed out snacks, and with outdoor activities during recess. I have much more experience with smaller babies now since I am a parent of a 1 year old and a step parent to a 4 year old.
