I highly recommend Tyra. She has been performing quality care for my four children for the last few weeks, we are so very pleased with her. She always has a positive attitude, does light cleaning, feeding, putting little ones to sleep, is patient, kind and firm. She has had a positive impact on our family as we can get more done with less stress knowing we have someone we trust handling our many children. We worried if we would ever find someone for all of them because we have an 8mo old baby, a 23mo old toddler and two 8 yr olds whom have mild special needs. For things to go smoothly we set up a few firm boundaries between the two sets of children. It is a lot to manage. Tyra met all of our challenges smoothly, as if she has known them all along. Let's just say this has turned out better than we expected.
