Hello there, I am very pleased to meet you :-) My name is Jess and I'm 31 years old. I am from a very large close-knit family of brothers and sister, and many cousins all living very close by. Being the eldest I was always in charge of babysitting and taking care of my younger family members. I believe that this led me to my love of children and teaching. I am a qualified Elementary School Teacher having attained my degree from the University of Gloucestershire in England UK, which is where I am from. Recently married, I have recently moved to the US with my husband, who is active duty in the Army, and we are stationed at SHAW AFB. I specialize in teaching and taking care of children aged 5 - 11. My many roles have included working as the class teacher, teaching assistant and as a substitute Read more teacher of all age groups for over four years. I have much experience of babysitting and working within playgroups and day care centres for children aged between 6 months upwards, having worked within these settings from the age of 16. I am truly passionate about caring for children and giving them the best possible start in life. I love to make activities full of fun, laughter and learning. I am a keen amateur baker, outside enthusiast and I also enjoy all arts and crafts, all of which I love to incorporate into my lessons and sessions. I am available anytime from Monday – Friday, and I would be more than happy to help with any light house-keeping you require. I adore all types of cats and dogs of all sizes and breeds. I have a one-year-old Havanese puppy myself, who puts a smile on my face each day. I have my own car and full UK Drivers Licence.
