I've had experience paid and unpaid, babysitting, care-giving for kids throughout my childhood growing up with a sister 11 years younger than me, neighbor's kids ages 3 and 9. Now I have two precious daughters, the oldest 3yrs old going on 4, youngest 1 going on 2! I also have experience with baby boys too, having a nephew who is now 3yrs old also, that I babysat for my sister early hours in the morning when he was about 5 months old, learning the small differences in him and my daughter! I've experience working with 8 seniors as well!
