I have raised a daughter who is now 23 yrs old and has a 2-yr old child. My background really is in taking care of people with developmental disabilities and mental illness as well as at-risk children. I managed 2 group homes with 18 individuals for people with developmental disabilities and mental illness. I have Infant and Toddler and Preschool Certifications in FL. I have also worked at a daycare for one Summer. I was in Children's Ministry in Asheville, NC for 1 and a half yrs where I cared for 0-3 yrs old during church service. I have a Bachelor in Psychology. I am CPR/First Aid Certified and have been administering medication to both children and adults since 2002. I am also trained in managing behaviors.
