I have been very actively babysitting for the past year. I am not yet CPR certified, but intend to soon get certified. I have been responsible for up to five children at a time who ranged for 1 to 9 in age. I have been responsible for taking children to and from school, taking them to their friends birthday parties, getting them bathed and in bed. I always try to encourage the kids to interact more with me and to engage their imagination more than they engage with their electronics. I take every opportunity to be creative and attempt to teach them something wether it be how to write letters in their name or how to properly use their manners. I am very big n using manners, and highly encourage them with the kids I watch.
