I am in the process of relocating near you to live with my daughter and grandchildren. I believe I may be a good fit for your family. Below are my qualifications. Thank you, Ava I was a stay at home mother for 34 years. My youngest turned 18 this year. It has been a blessing and a privilege to care for my children. I volunteered in classrooms, as PTA Vice President and for any and all activities my children were involved in. I also have young grandchildren whom I care for often. I feed, change, potty train, play with, do nap time and pick up after them. I'm responsible and very good at caring for children. I'm a very hands on parent/grandmother. I love getting down on the ground and playing with the kids. I also love comforting and feeding babies. I do massage therapy, singing, reading and more to Read more calm a baby. I'm very good at knowing what they need and following a schedule. I am kind, loving, fun but firm. I feel it's important that children get to be children and are able to express themselves to grow and be who they want to be but to also have set rules to follow and to be kind, loving and generous to others. I'm an artist and love to teach art to children as well as numbers, letter and colors in a fun way. I also read to the kids a lot. I also know some Italian and am teaching my grandchildren. I eat extremely healthy which gives me a lot of energy to do activities with the kids. I shop and cook all my own meals and can do the same for you. I do not watch television and only watch certain movies which gives me the time I need to teach the kids. I love playing outside with the kids weather and time permitting. I think it’s a great learning tool to explore and learn about nature. This includes bubbles, walks, home and playground play, chalk art, gardening and more. I am in the process of getting CPR re-certified. I am one class away from a degree in Art/Humanities. My Background and dmv check are approved and cleared. I currently work part time as a nanny for a family with young boys. And I was a nanny for a family with small children 2 and under for 2 years until they moved out of state. References upon request.
