Hi! My name is Merry and I am nineteen years old. I am a second year elementary education major and I plan on being a first grade teacher with a collaborative in special education! I have been around children my whole life! I started volunteering in the special education classroom when I was in first grade, and still work with children to this day. I have worked in different day cares, as well as babysitting for people around my community. Through my experiences in the special education classrooms, day cares, mommy's day out programs, and babysitting, I have gained a lot of knowledge on childcare, the tenderness and love that they need to help them grow, and I have earned great patience to handle a variety of situations.
