Hi there! I'm passionate about kids! I love being around them, and I've been responsible in caring for them from a variety of families from a young age. My first degree was in art elementary education. Additionally, I was an art camp counselor for five years. Some of my duties consisted of: designing, developing, and implementing art curriculums for 25 students -- ages 6 - 12. Introducing new learning methods to ensure total comprehension for all students. Encouraging children to be patient and understanding with others. Instructed campers and reinforced learning methods using a variety of techniques such as multi-sensory learning and repetition. I have also took on a variety of babysitting jobs, and I nannied for a year in 2010. Most recently, I've been volunteering at the Nashville's Children's Theatre. I love to be engaged with children, as I'm an active person. I'm also very crafty and love coming Read more up with art projects to share with kids. I have no problem with transporting them to any activities they have. I encourage creative growth, reading, playing games, and having fun!
