I have over 30 years of child care experience. Besides my own children, who are now 16 & 14, I have previously worked at First Baptist Church Child Care & Preschool and St. Paul's Episcopal Church Day Care and Kindergarten (my home church). Long before those jobs, I had a professional babysitting career while I was in high school and early college. I used to provide in-home childcare for weekends and weeks at a time while parents traveled the country and the globe. I have a 2 yr Associate of Science degree and have recently returned to school at ETSU to pursue a bachelor's degree. In 2014 I left a high stress job in Holston Valley's surgery dept, which I held for many years, in order to return to school. Currently, I substitute for Kingsport City Schools and I clean 3 Sullivan County libraries.
