Currently, I am a PhD student and I teach English part-time at UTK. In the past, I have taught English and Writing at the middle school level, and I have also served as a Literacy Coordinator for under-developed areas, assuring students receive proper summer instruction to retain knowledge. Additionally, I also taught dance for six years. I can work with a variety of age groups even though I have generally worked in higher education. In regards to childcare, I have been both a babysitter and a nanny, but the majority of my experience with children has been in an educational setting.
