Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and I have a bachelor's degree in Child Development & Family Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. I started my career working as a Life Enrichment Associate at a retirement community. It was difficult watching a constant decline, so I decided to change career paths and help children grow. Most recently, I was a full-time nanny in Franklin for a family of 3 boys who I loved dearly. They were 8, 4, and 2. I had been with this family since July of 2015. I have also been a lead teacher at several preschools, and I was a preschool leader on Sundays at New Vision Baptist. If you find something you love, you'll never work a day in your life.
