I love children and I have a big family. I have no children of my own but I understand what children want and need. I have taking many classes that help me learn about different children behaviors and abilities. Not all children are the same, some need more attention than other, some are less active, and some you have to encourage to try new things and as a caregiver you have to be willing and ready for anything situation. Children are curious and energetic, and I have learn to just be consistent with a child because they do not understand when you are in a bad mood or having problems. I have work with 24 children at one time, and I know how to keep them active and under control.
