I have always had a passion for kids! Growing up I always worked in the nursery at my church and babysat for anyone that offered. For my undergrad degree I began as an elementary education major. After realizing I did not want to teach, I went to grad school. I am currently finishing my school counselor's degree. I want to be in the school system and help kids with any issues they may have to succeed not only in school but late in life. I have been CPR and First Aid Trained. I have plenty of education on children, with nutrition courses and child development courses. I have been consistently around children since I have started college. I have experience in tutoring as well. I was a tutor on my college campus for 2 years. I have been a mentor for college and middle school students for 4 years. I Read more also have experience with children with disabilities. I worked at the Access program for 3 years. I worked with individuals with disabilities and administered medications to them. As far as babysitting, I have cared for children between the ages of 6 months to 12 years. I have been responsible for picking up children, cooking for them, and of course caring for them until the parents were home. I have worked with families that had multiple children in the home.
