I'm disappointed as I was looking forward to trying out a new sitter. Anna committed to babysitting and communicated well through text about her experience, etc. Unfortunately, she canceled on me 5hrs before because she "came down with an allergy-induced sinus infection". She seemed nice via text and has good experience with kids, but I need sitters who don't back out on me hours before. I hope Anna works out for someone else, but just not a good fit for my families expectations. This has been the case with the majority of sitters I have booked through this site - very disappointing!
