Hello, My name is Anne Windham and I am a UTC graduate looking for some part time jobs in between my seasonal job that will start back up in January. I have plenty of experience in child care and pet care and have been taking care of both since I was young. I have worked at the Chattanooga Zoo as an intern for the animal keepers, worked at a Non-Profit No-Kill animal shelter in Chattanooga, as an animal caretaker for about a year, and I now have a 10 year old American Cocker Spaniel myself. I adopted him from the shelter I worked at after someone found him in a dumpster and brought him in. I nursed him back to health, got him vaccinated and up to date on his medicines, crate- trained him and taught him how to walk on and off leash. I have always been a reliable, Read more loving, responsible pet owner and animal caretaker and I would love to get the chance to do some more part-time work with animals and help others at the same time! I have babysat since I was young and now have a little niece who is 2 years old. When I was back south I spent as much time with her and babysitting for my brother as I could. I have been babysitting since I was thirteen and have experience working with children from when I was employed at an outdoor education center in NY where I led school groups in team building and outdoor education lessons, working with the southeast conservation corps this past summer and working with the Northwest Youth Corps this fall, where I led at risk youth camping crews of 15-18 year olds. I hope to help in whatever way I can!
