I am 18 years old and a student at Hardin-Simmons University. My major is Pre-Nursing with a religion minor. I have two families that I babysit when I am needed and am about to begin work at First Baptist Church in the nursery. I have been babysitting since I was about 12 or 13 and began with my younger sister and cousin. I am the oldest of two children and my parents are both very hardworking people. My mother is a counselor at the middle school in my hometown and my father is an operator at the power plant just outside of town. I am very involved in church and love everything about it. I typically work events that are children-based because I love working with kids. I plan on applying to be a mentor for the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America as well.
