I am 47 years old and have worked with children for most of my life. I have been a full-time nanny for two different families. Also, I have 2 grown daughters of my own and have had a childcare in my home when my kids were young. I have a current cpr/ first aid certification. I believe in continuing my knowledge to give the best care and teaching. I have many experiences with successful potty training, even in older and difficult cases. I accomplish this basically by positive re-enforcement, potty charts, and consistency. Of course, there is also patience involved.
