I recently moved to Austin to complete my Masters of Social Work at UT. I have done some traditional babysitting in the past but most of my experience is working with children with special needs in other types of programs. I have worked with behaviorally challenged children in both residential and home-based settings. Most of my experience comes working with children from age 5 to 16. I recently worked doing in home therapy and mentoring at my last job and was able to spend the majority of my time creating plans for kids struggling with issues in their homes. I really enjoy working with all children and find the work truly rewarding. Currently, I am working as an intern at a school in Austin and am working with children from elementary to high school in the special education department.
