I am a 23-year-old college graduate and I'm currently a part-time substitute teacher for the Austin Independent School District. Thus, I have a clean background and I am actively pursuing a career as a Special Education Elementary School Teacher. I am comfortable with pets, especially dogs. Unfortunately, I am extremely allergic to cats and will not be able to work in any home in which a cat resides. I have over 10 years of experience; I have been a babysitter since I was in high school, I have worked as a classroom student aid for the University of New Mexico Children's Campus for children 6 months-6 years. I have volunteered as a Refugee Family Advocate working with two young children with special needs. I am truly passionate about working with children and I would be honored to work with your family!
