I have always loved kids! I was an only child until the age of 9 when my baby brother came along. As soon as I could I was taking care of him! At age 13 I began babysitting for neighbor kids. Later I worked at Extend-A-Care taking care of kids aged 5 to 11 during the school year. ln the summer I worked at their day camp and had a fairly large group of 5 year old children in my care. The group included one little boy who was blind. There had been no training for his specific disability so I quickly learned to adapt. I enlisted the help of the other children, and it was a great experience for all of us. I will take care of your child, or children, as if they were my own.
