I worked at a Primrose School @ Stone Oak from Aug 2004- June 2009,almost 5 years. Before moving to Austin, I babysit for at least 7-8 of the families from the school, who also recommended me to their other friends for babysitting. I would babysit for 4-5 of the families on a constant basis and loved every minute of it! I have babysat overnights for 4 of the families. One family had a dad stationed in another state for about 3 years so when the kid's mom had business trips she trusted me enough to stay with her kids for up to 3-5 days at a time. Those overnights consisted of breakfast,taking the kids to school/preschool, going about my day, picking them up around 5-530pm, dinner,baths, cartoons and/or books/ hmwk help and bedtime. I have done this for a few families,to date--and also pet sat for some, as well. As Read more of July 2018, I moved back to San Antonio! **Although I stated that I CAN do overnights, this is only possible if your children are in some kind of after-school program and can be picked up anytime after 6pm. I do have a FT job, so I CANNOT work any time between 9am and 6pm M-F.**

Talisa was very polite and easy to communicate with in the hiring process. She was very kind to our family and she was available on short notice! My 7 y/o son claims she sat on her phone the entire time and did not play or interact with him enough -much to our disappointment... However, she may be a great option if you have an older child that doesn't need much entertaining. Overall, Talisa was a pleasant employee.

Talisa was so great with my 7 month old as well as my 3.5 year old. My 7 month old took to her very well, she kept him on schedule and played with him when he was awake. My 3.5 year old is still talking about her weeks later. I recommend her highly.
