I'm a fun-loving, educated, responsible and experienced sitter. With 10 years experience working as a child-care center teacher, I have led classrooms with children of all ages, and have also worked more casually as a babysitter for over two decades. Significantly, I'm also the blessed Aunt of four -- both are sets of twins -- 4th graders, a boy and a girl, whom I've been fortunate to help care for since they were born, and my two-and-a-half year old nieces. While working as your babysitter, my first priority is children's safety; your children are precious and my job is to protect them while you are away. But it's also important to have fun! I love games, reading, outdoor nature walks, crafts, music, and art -- I spent a year teaching art classes and hosting art birthday parties, I love doing art projects. My philosophy is to listen to kids, get to know their likes, and be there to make sure they're comfortable. Lauren was great. She watched my almost 2 year old for most of a day. They had a picnic lunch outside, went for a stroller walk, and more. And she even kept notes on what they did. I will definitely call her again.
