Right now i am enrolled in school at Austin Community College as a full time student. My plan is to transfer to Saint Edward's University and graduate with a major in communications and a minor in art. I have been dealing with kids almost my whole life. I went to summer camp for years allowing for plenty of time to learn how to comfort and care for those that were younger than me. Currently i am working as a manager for "Go Bananies" which is a company that is hired for events (typically miliraty events) allowing parents to leave their children in child care during meetings or activities. This role includes organzing, hiring, and working for the event. Children being left with us have been anywhere from 5 weeks old to 12 years old, so I've dealt with it all. I would like to find a nice family i could babysit for either on a regular or random basis. I find that a lot of children i have babysat for in the past always ask for treats and TV because "their last babysitter let them", well I dont think its fair to plop a child in front of a screen and call it a day. I enjoy playing brain stimulating games, taking children outside, or taking them out to do something. I like the kids i babysit to like me, and i like to like them. Grace came to babysit for us once. She was late to arrive for the job (got lost) and left the house a mess when I got home. I had asked her to have the kids in bed by 830 and when I got home at 10, both were still up. I decided to try her one more time and she didnt respond to my emails or ph calls. I asked her to just send me a note if she wasnt interested in working with our family but she didnt do anything. KK
