My name is Destiny & it would be a joy to invest in your family. I grew up within a gymnastics/ cheer facility and spent a lot of time around kids and found a passion for it. I have experience with ages 0 to 16. I was very involved with the after school program where I helped with homework, instilled life lessons & incorporated fun activities such as crafts, & games. I was also involved with the summer camp program. I spent many years doing that being that it was a family business. I have about 8 years of paid experience within the nanny field but in actuality I have been doing it all my life. I'm 24 years old. I graduated with a bachelors and masters degree in social work & I'm very passionate about pouring into people but most of all, kids. I will care for your children Read more as if they were my own. I will be looking forward to hearing back from you. *Experience* Dickens Family (Sept 2016-May 2019) Transported two children from school to home and other after school activities. Helped with homework. Instilled life skills that can be used for everyday tasks. Tuyen Family (Nov 2016- June 2018) Tutored on Math, Science, Social Studies, and English when the child was in 4th and 5th grade. Akaniyene Family (Feb 2017-June 2017) Provided morning help and made sure children were prepared to attend school in the morning. Transported three children from home to school in Colleyville. Houston Family (May 2014-May 2015) Provided care for a family with a two-year-old and a ten-year-old. Created fun activities for kids. Made sure children were fed, bathed and put in bed, before parents returned home. S.S. Family (June 2013-May 2015) Provided care for an infant until she was a toddler. Cared for the child during days and nights. Made sure child was fed, bathed and stimulated developmentally. Utilized tummy time to promote crawling. Utilized a walker to promote walking.
