I watch a friends' kids at church; she has : a one year old and a 9 year old. I watch both of them every week. I try to entertain the one year old with his favorite toys, I change his diaper if it's needed, and I make sure he drinks plenty of water and eats his snacks when he gets hungry. The 9 year old boy usually plays with his iPad and I also make sure he eats something and drinks something as well. I have been watching him the one year old for over a year so I know exactly how he is. I also have experience watching 2-4 year olds as well because I have volunteered in the past for my church.
