I'm 35 years old, been married for 15 years. I have 2 daughters ages 9 and 14. My children and my husband are my life. I have been in childcare since 2004. I took off working when I was pregnant with my youngest and went back to work when she was 8 months old. The past 2 years I have stayed home to care for my children. I have worked in only licensed facilities and have worked with all ages. Working with children gives me feeling of accomplishment, knowing that I can make a difference in a childs life. Most of my employment with childcare I was in a classroom, I then got promoted to an assistant director. Later I was then promoted to Director. I completed my studies and received my Directors License. Up until 2 years ago I was certified CPR and first aid. Both my Directors License Read more and my CPR can be renewed. Yearly training was kept up to date and I tried to do extra training for more knowledge. I prefer working with older ages as I feel I can make more of a difference. I have dealt with multiple children with different behavioral issues as I have a child with behavioral problems.
