We hired Jennifer to babysit our kids on Saturday. I confirmed with her on Thursday. On Saturday, she never showed up. I called her and texted her and never got a response. This was definitely a portrayal of unreliability and horrible work ethic. Think twice before contacting her. I know I never will.

Jennifer babysat our 3-year-old son last evening. My son immediately felt comfortable around her. He says they colored, played play-doh, played hide and seek, practiced patterns, and read books. I asked him if he would like Jennifer to come back and watch him again, and he said yes. She was responsible, well-qualified, and punctual. We look forward to having her watch our son again soon!

First off Jennifer replied apologizing for not emailing back because she was out of town. We feel like we were blown off and wasted out time! She said sitter city was not notifying her . We are able to log in and clearly see she is able to log in and check emails! Very unprofessional as a teacher.
