I first started looking after children when I was in junior high. I picked up and cared for four children after school until their respective parents returned home from work ( about 4 hours a day). Since then most of my jobs have been in a child-related field. For the past seven years I've worked as a preschool teacher and it's by far the most rewarding job I've ever had. I've worked with children as young as a few months all the way up to preteens and feel that each age offers its own unique and fun experience. I love to encourage children to explore their environment and offer them a safe place to learn and discover their social, emotional and physical limitations.
