I became a nanny while working as a lead teacher at a private school one of the parents so badly wanted me to nanny her daughter whom I cared for on a daily basic as a lead teacher, I accepted the job this was 17 years ago. After leaving the nanny position I worked as a director for day care centers that was struggling to stay a float always delivered great results. My first job as a director in the city Beaumont, Tx for the YMCA, the center was on probation do to hard work and a support from my staff I was able to meet medium standards in a timely manner. I had a associate degree the job called for a bachelors degree but due to experience running a day care I was chosen over candidates with bachelors degree. I enjoy what I do so much, I have worked Read more with children since the age 12 helping my mom with her day care center which she owned for 36 years. I also have experience working with children born with addiction problems, worked as a director over the child care center at Franklin House North where the woman were given room and board with their children some were court order woman with substance addictions, this was one of the most rewarding jobs I ever had. Doing this time a worked a second job for the school district as a sub for 2 years. Relocated to Houston, Tx where I stared my first nanny job. I love children I enjoy getting to know them and allowing them to get to know me, I am a very simple person, loving and very compassionate and know how to enjoy life. I feel a child feeling is very important and they should have a warm and stable environment to thrive in. I am very serious about children learning through their environment to strengthen their cognitive and sensory development. I completely give my self to the child I am involved with I care about what they care about. My experience is also working in the hospital cleaning surgery room this job had no room for mistakes people life depended on it. I took these skills and started my own cleaning service for 7 years, I have great reference to date, I still clean and nanny park time I have worked for the same family for the last 10 years. I am a self starter and always willing to give more than expected of me. I show up to work on time never call in to take off very dependable.
