From 1979-1983, I was employed with the Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority as an outside adjuster and at CIGNA Insurance as a Litigation Specialist - where I handled self-insured claims and lawsuits for Fortune 1000 Companies. I am proficient in:  Investigation  Writing reports  Negotiating settlements  Having discussions with corporate managers I moved to Dallas in 1983 and raised two sons. My eldest son graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jesuit College Preparatory, next received an undergrad from Southern Methodist University, Distinguish Scholar MBA and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University, and graduated May 17, 2014 with his Masters in Taxation Law/LLM from Southern Methodist University. My younger son was voted All district in Division 5-A as an offensive lineman. Graduating Jesuit Cum Laude and recruited to Duquesne University where he received an academic scholarship. It was not until his sophomore year that he began receiving a Read more football scholarship. Graduating in May of 2013 with a B.A. with three rings, two were winning conferences and the other was his graduation ring; in addition August 5, 2014, he graduates with his Master’s in Finance and Accounting. From 1998 to present, I am the owner of the very first food delivery system in Dallas, Texas. Owning a small business, gives one the knowledge on the following issues, product presentation, how to conduct a business meeting, negotiations, sales, and how to close a sale. I have also worked trade shows, food promotions, and retail merchandising When two grown men call a mother and tell her she was a great mom, it just does not get any better than that.
