I am writing to respond to your advertisement for the babysitting job. I am a very energetic, creative, positive, upbeat and easy going. I'm an excellent multitasker and I have very good children behavior management skills. I'm very willing to work and cooperate with parents and follow their instructions, rules and expectations in terms of what they wish for their children while they are under my care. I have been working as teacher for more than 15 years. I have cared for children of all ages and in different types of settings. I have a BA in Special Education and I am a Certified Bilingual Elementary Teacher in the State of Texas. I was born in Spain and grew up in Puerto Rico and my BA is from the University of Puerto Rico. While I went to college I had a variety of jobs including Assistant Pre-school teacher, babysitter, and Read more I was a Summer Camp Leader for the YMCA for 7 summers taking care of small children in a variety of settings. I worked 10 years in Puerto Rico as a High School Resource Room Special Education Teacher. I have been in Dallas, Texas for almost 4 years and had been working as an Elementary Bilingual Teacher for DISD. References available upon request.
