Hi! I'm Caitlyn, I'm currently a UOI grad student studying Nutrition and I've baby-sat or nannied for over 10 years! I love working with kids (usually more than adults!) and look forward to meeting you! I just moved to Illinois from Dallas, Texas (my hometown) and I spent 6 years in NYC where I did my undergrad in Nutrition and worked running a kids cooking school for a few years. I spent a year after NYC living in Dallas and working as an Aide in a Special Education classroom where I worked with non-verbal children with autism. When I'm not studying or working as a Research Assistant at UOI I can usually be found looking at food blogs, trying out new restaurants, or reading.
