Cynthia was fantastic. We asked her to babysit our 3.5 and 8 year old on short notice so we could get out for an anniversary dinner. Cynthia was a great communicator, on time, and most importantly really great with our children. We will most definitely be calling Cynthia again for future care needs.

Cynthia showed up on time for an in-person meet with us and our toddler. She seemed professional, engaging and experienced as a sitter. We set a time for the weekend, which she agreed to. She texted the next day to say she may have a birthday party to attend, which may meant she would have to cancel. She texted back the following day to say she could keep her babysitting appointment, only to cancel again the day of the appointment (said she was unwell). My wife and I had to cancel our plans at the last minute. I asked if she would be available the following Friday, and she said she was. We agreed on a date and time, and again she confirmed. Two days later she texted to say she had signed a new work contract and was unavailable for babysitting any longer. I understand that schedules change and things come up, but we're looking for consistency and a sitter that keeps her commitments.

Cynthia babysits our two daughters, ages 3 and 1 ½ and she is fantastic! My older daughter looks forward to having Cynthia come over and my little one (who sometimes has a tough time with new people) has totally warmed up to her. Amongst other things, my kids love going to the park with her (during daytime visits) and at night, I love that Cynthia gets them both tucked in and they are fast asleep when I've come home. She is friendly, caring and patient and I would highly recommend her!

Cynthia babysits our 20-month-old daughter for our date nights and the occasional appointment. She is wonderful -- warm, genuine, professional and prompt. She is extremely thorough in finding out what our daughter needs, likes and what she is used to. My daughter has often had difficulty warming up to other sitters but was almost immediately comfortable with Cynthia. I highly recommend her!

Cynthia has been babysitting our boys twice a week for a month now and she's doing great. I have two boys ages 4 and 2. My oldest "loves" his babysitter but my youngest is still very scared. I like that Cynthia is very calm and patient around my youngest until he warms up to her. She seems to juggle both kids well and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend her except for Thursday and Sunday nights ;-)
