Hi, I'm Angelica from Edinburg, married and mom of three teens. I've had my share of all the luxury being a parent brings. Focusing and learning from all of my children as each has taught me something new along the way. In this regard, I became interested in doing something proactive related to children. I have the pleasure of working with some of the greatest parents of children who have welcomed me into their homes. I have provided care and comfort to infants, watching them grow and evolve into these amazing toddlers. The secret has always been an early start. I learned some really cool tricks to soothing babies and getting them a head start with, crawling, walking, speaking/sign language. I am a strong believer in structure and schedules and I monitor their stages using a phone app. There is a time and place to teach them the word no Read more and a fantastic way to interact with them using songs and fun time. I'm not much of a baby talker, I tend to have full lively conversations with them as slowly they become aware of the subject. From there we learn how to speak to each other in a whole different dimension. Besides this, I am also interested in becoming a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and I believe hands on experience is the way to go. My interest is being able not only to sit with your child but also teach him/her. I am extremely patient and creative. I do light housekeeping as is required when children are being themselves... messy. All in all, I love children and best knowing that parents can trust me to keep them safe, secure and educated.
