My first babysitting job was at 11 watching four little boys. Oldest was 7 when I started, youngest was 11 months. Once the oldest turned 10 the family let him take over on babysitting. Next was my roommates/coworkers daughter. Instead of babysitting it became more of a nanny job. She was 1 when I started. Helped potty train, read, sleep on her own, did her hair, all the basic in house nanny duties. Once school started they decided to move back to their home town, I was her nanny until 5. I also did caregiving for 2 years for an older gentleman. Changed his diaper, washed him up, made dinner, moved him in and out of bed, etc.
