I was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana where I spent the past eight years as a full-time nanny for a family of six. When I started the oldest, Jake, was only two years old and Sam was only six months. By the time I left Jake (9), Sam (7), Olivia (6) and Alexis (20 months) these boogaloos were my like my own. I had worked in day cares previous to being a nanny but nothing prepared me for how close I'd become to this family. The mom and dad have been so great. They've taught me so much. I miss all of them everyday. Between my nanny job and the day care I've been CPR certified three times. Also, the parents that I worked for were both in the medical field and, four kids and eight years later, they've taught me plenty. I've dealt with peanut allergies, staff infections, Read more x-rays, warts, sprains, lice... You name it. I moved here in January when my boyfriend was transferred with Chevron. I am not looking to be a full-time nanny again. In fact, I was hired on with Allstate almost immediately after moving here. I do, however, have mountains of student loans and a work ethic that doesn't allow me to stop. I know that we will be planning a wedding soon and hopefully starting our own family. I'm looking for a side job to help my future but one that also allows us to travel and enjoy this time. Thank you.
