Talita worked for our family of three children for less than two weeks. She struggled handling our five-year-old in particular when he would have a temper tantrum and challenged her authority. She left us in the middle of the week, literally quitting in the middle of the day, requiring my husband to leave his job and come home. I think she comes across as a very nice young lady but she would definitely benefit from some more experience and training. I would not recommend her to another family,
