I have experience with babysitting from being a child and taking care of the youngest in the group to watching two young girls around 1 years old and 6 years old everyday of their week for an entire day, hours 6am till 9 pm. I babysat these girls for about two years. My focus when it comes to children, is comfort. I want the child to feel comfortable at all times. I understand how to properly communicate to a child what they need to get done. I respect all values and beliefs of a family and strive to keep the child's atmosphere the same as it is when they are with their family. I love to spend my hours increasing my child at heart. We played a lot of Legos and different toys found in boys sections at stores. (also, video games) I am a down to earth person who truly enjoys being outside. We may watch a movie before nap time, but You will never catch us just sitting and watching tv. I spent an entire day with the younger 2 year old I watched. From 6 am till 8 pm everyday until the mother came home from work, she is a nurse, so very long hours. I prepared their meals and cleaned the house. It was great to become like family with her. Even to this day, I visit the family and hang with just the girls. I had to take a break from babysitting, and during that time they found another babysitter. That is why I no longer babysit for her.
