Hi, my name is Storey. Outgoing, thoughtful, experienced with child care, fun-loving, organized, dependable, compassionate and trustworthy are just a few words that describe me. I'm a twenty two year old student who enjoys reading, the outdoors, crafting, zumba, travel, and the Food Network channel. I have always had a true passion about children, their development and nurturing. Interacting and engaging with children has always been very natural to me. Currently, I have been working as a part-time, after school counselor at Sinclair Elementary for seven months, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Just so you know I will have much more availability once the school year ends, which will be May, 25th. Also I currently am babysitting and nannying for a couple of families. I have had a very, versatile history caring for children. I have babysat 4-year-olds to teens, interned at a residential treatment center Read more for children and adolescents, worked as a vacation bible school counselor and volunteered at orphanages in Honduras through Buckner Missions. Also my CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are current. My flu shot is updated yearly as well. I have worked with children of all ages in many, different settings and have been comfortable in every setting. I truly enjoy caring for children and want children to feel loved and know that they are important.
