My name is Deyanira Martinez. I am a college student who wishes to pursing nursing. On days I am not in school, I am a substitute teacher for Deer Park Independent School District and a volunteer at Texas Children's Hospital. I work with all age students ranging from elementary to high school; however, I work best with elementary aged children. I implement set rules given by the teacher as well as interact with children who may need extra help on their assignments. As a volunteer, I watch, entertain, and care for admitted infant patients to teen aged patients.
