Hello my name is Esperanza, however I prefer to be called Ivette. I am currently 21 years old. I don't have any professional experience with childcare, although i do have 6 lovable, younger siblings who I often babysit. Due to my young age, children are more drawn to me. With that said, i quickly build a relationship with children causing them to feel as if i were part of the family. I love listening to their stories of their vivid imagination and helping their minds explore that imagination. Helping them become social and motivating them to try their best in school and in life. I am very good at understanding school work and subjects allowing me to tutor or help with homework.
